Band: Double Deuce

Act BioDouble Deuce began in July of 1997, the brain-child of local musicians Dave Dulaney and Edward Kuntz. Tired of the conventional 'band scene' they decided to try something fresh. With Dave on Rhythm Guitar and Eddie on Bass, September 1997 brought Landon Johnson to the group as Lead Guitar, adding additional talent with Keyboards and Pedal Steel. November of 1999 brought drummer Bill Novak on board, after a succession of unsatisfactory drummers. "We all seem to have the same goals, which are to have fun and enjoy the crowd and the music without any ego hangups," says Dave. Considering the crowds this quartet has been drawing, the current formula seems to work very well. The musicians wish to thank their families for their support and for being in attendance at nearly every job the band performs. We also wish to thank the many supporters that come to see us again and again; we look forward to continuing to bring you the best dance music we can.

Ed KuntzBassPlays a great walking Bass and supplies Backing Vocals for the group. A busy musician for many years, he and Dave can be seen onstage conferring as to what song to play next. Eddie resides in Aspers, PA with his wife Joyce.
Landon JohnsonLead GuitarA man of many unique talents, plays lead guitar, pedal steel, and keyboards for the band. He sings a few select songs as lead, and supplies Backing Vocals as well. Landon resides in Spring Grove, PA with his wife Stacy and daughter Savannah.
Bill NovakDrumsKeeps the beat rolling with an expressive style, and adds Backing Vocals to the onstage mix. He is Double Deuce's most recent and welcome addition! Bill resides in Shrewsbury, PA with his wife Shelly and daughter Allison.
